The problem
Notarial workflows are traditionally conservative, so the platform needed to feel modern without losing trust and clarity.
Approach
I designed and built the front-end with calm visual hierarchy, clear process steps, and consistent interaction patterns.
Outcome
The product became easier to understand and use for teams moving from paper-heavy processes.
What changed
- Lower barrier for digital adoption in a traditional sector.
- Clearer front-end flow through key process steps.
- Consistent UI basis for further product development.
