Freelance since 2007. Under the name Made by Spin I run 31 products of my own, including BricksDeal and Selected Screens. I live in the countryside in the north of the Netherlands and I’m a father of three young children.

How I work
I like to be involved from the start: in deciding what gets built, in the design and in the code. Because I do all of that myself, very little gets lost between idea and result.
My own products keep me sharp. I know what it costs to build something nobody uses, and you can see that in the choices I make for clients.
I use AI every day, mostly Claude Code and Codex. It takes a lot of work off my hands. The decisions and the quality stay with me.
Right now I freelance for WalletJump. I take on at most two clients at a time.
