Challenge
Website owners needed monitoring that explained problems clearly without the setup and alert noise of technical monitoring tools.
Approach
We shaped the product around simple site health checks: uptime, performance, broken links, SSL, and HTTPS issues. I worked across product direction, interface design, front-end, and the flows that made monitoring understandable for non-technical users.
Outcome
UptimeMate became a focused monitoring product with clear dashboards and checks for everyday website owners. The product was later acquired by HostPapa.
